What impact will you make?

As a thesis intern within the Enterprise Service & Process Management (ES&PM) team, you research a topic that you have chosen yourself within the field of digital transformations. During this internship, you will receive intensive guidance from experienced consultants within the team. Next to that, you will gain access to the Deloitte network, and you will gain more practical insights and experience within Deloitte Consulting. As a thesis intern you will participate fully in all team activities. This allows you to get to know all the consultants in the team, from starters to very experienced. This way, you can determine whether Deloitte is the ideal employer for you. 

The Enterprise Service & Process Management team is the go-to partner for the most important, complex, and disruptive technological challenges of our customers in the Netherlands and abroad. We create great experiences by innovating and delivering best-in-class business and IT (service management) processes enabled by leading digital workflow platforms. Utilizing innovative techniques, such as design thinking and the execution of design sprints, we provide insight into what is possible as a result of a joint effort between business and IT. Specific focus areas are Service Management (enabled by ServiceNow) and Dynamic Case Management (enabled by platforms such as Pega, Appian, OutSystems). 

Possible thesis topics within this department are related to Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Business Process Management (BPM), Global Business Services (GBS) and Dynamic Case Management (DCM).

You will share your expertise with more than 150 colleagues from the Technology Strategy & Transformation team as part of Deloitte Consulting. TS&T specializes in addressing the most important questions and challenges within the domain of our clients' CIOs. TS&T consists of four teams:

  • Technology Transformation & Acceleration 

  • Enterprise Service & Process Management
